Our next Albert Roux Dinner takes place on the evening of Tuesday 15 September. Michelin awarded chef, Albert Roux OBE and his team will oversee a group of young people working in our Roux Kitchen as well as front of house. A three-course set menu will be prepared and served to parents and experts from the hospitality industry locally. Tickets, costing £20 per head, including champagne and wine, are on sale now in our Home Economics department.
Mr Roux is donating all of the ingredients on the evening from his select Scottish suppliers in this year of Scotland’s Food and Drink. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Maggie’s Highlands Cancer Care in Inverness.
