Congratulations to Ronan Melens (5S1). Last week he was successful in the Charleston heat of the local Rotary Inverness (Culloden) Masterchef competition.

The judges for the Charleston heat were Adam Dwyer, Head Chef at Loch Ness Country House Hotel and Gabrielle Monkhouse, Chef at Oakwood Restaurant. Duncan MacDonald from Inverness Culloden Rotary oversaw the heat.

Ronan will now go on to represent Charleston at the Final on 31 March. Charleston Academy is hosting the final in the new Albert Roux Kitchen, with judging taking place in front of a live audience in the school hall. Good Luck Ronan.
